1. Keep no dust near the photoelectric switch at all times.
2. When the material is not good or the vacuuming effect is not good, the operator should try to reduce the height of the material in the bag to avoid the material escaping and blocking the photoelectric switch when sewing the bag, causing the sewing machine to idle or the bag to be stuck between the pressing plate and the feeding tooth.
3. When folding, the folding should be uniform, otherwise the bag may be stuck between the pressure plate and the feeding tooth.
4. If the bag is stuck between the pressing plate and the feeding tooth, remove it as follows: A. Turn off the main switch; B, loosen the presser foot plate; C, turning the wheel to withdraw from the sewing needle; D, gently pull out the bag from the middle position in the whole process should avoid hard pull, which may cause damage to the feeding teeth, needles and transmission parts.
5. Once the sewing machine fails to sew the bag normally, the operator shall first check the threading, the tightness of the thread and the condition of the sewing needle (whether there is any bending, scratch, etc.). If there is no problem, please contact the maintenance or equipment personnel.

Treatment: ① Adjust the gap between the needle and the hook needle; ② Change the sewing bag; ③ Change the needle plate; ④ Change the sewing thread; ⑤ Clip the sewing thread into the pressing device; ⑥ Adjust the needle groove surface parallel to the body face
2. Single thread reasons for hand-held sewing machine after sewing are completed: ① needle plate wear; ② gap between presser foot and feeding tooth is too large; ③ gap between machine needle and hook needle is too large
Treatment: ① Needle change plate ② Check whether the presser foot is worn and whether the feeding tooth is worn ③ Adjust the gap between the needle and the hook needle
